Returns and Exchanges Policy

Because all of our items are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns, or exchanges for wrong sizes, incorrect colors, or changes of mind. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at bpitmanphoto@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. You do not need to mail the item back to us.
